Production Supervisor (Miller)

Supreme Rice is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our Crowley, LA location.
This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations, improving manufacturing output and managing personnel.
This position alternates working days and nights every other week.

Duties:
- Supervise a team of employees and coach them on quality, speed, safety and efficiency.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring the production process and equipment- Identify areas of success and opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing variances, and labor expenses.
- Responsible for skill and development of the staff, performance management and employee morale.
- Provide team with the information, training, direction, guidance and resources necessary to accomplish objectives.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling and analyzing production performance records and data.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team on the use of equipment, and resourcesSupreme Rice headquarters is located in Crowley, Louisiana - the heart of the Southwest Louisiana Rice Region.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
